CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY
Sponsored sessions (like those purchased by a foundation for its non-profit grantee partners) always meet greater demand than supply forcing people who could not secure a session to sign up on our waitlist. Because of this unique situation, please know that if your session is sponsored and you want to reschedule it, you may be placed on the waitlist rather than receive a guaranteed new training date and session. However, we will try to accommodate you in case of a bona fide emergency.
We generally ask that clients reschedule or cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance so that a canceled training session can go to another client. In case of cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice, or in case of no-shows (defined as not showing up within ten minutes of the session’s scheduled starting time, the payer of the training may be notified about and charged for the lost training session.
NO CONFIRMATION POLICY
We will contact you by SMS and email before your session to confirm your attendance. If we don’t receive your confirmation by at the latest 24 hours before your session, its slot may be released to the waitlist.
You understand that all action taken by you as a result of our coaching is performed by you voluntarily and is your own responsibility. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, causes of action, damages, or other losses arising out of or related to our services.
There are two payment options for Elevator Speech Training packages:
OPTION 1 (packages of 1-19 sessions)
100% payment upfront for all training sessions
OPTION 2 (packages of 20 or more sessions)
50% upfront and 50% when half of all sessions of a training package are completed.
Engagements for less than $2,000 must be paid for by credit card.
