To request rescheduling your session, please submit the form below.

Note regarding sponsored sessions:
Sponsored sessions (like those purchased by a foundation for its non-profit grantee partners) always meet greater demand than supply forcing people who could not secure a session to sign up on our waitlist. Because of this unique situation, please know that if your session is sponsored and you want to reschedule it, you may be placed on the waitlist rather than receive a guaranteed new training date and session. However, we will try to accommodate you in case of a bona fide emergency. We generally ask that clients reschedule or cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance so that a canceled training session can go to another client. In case of cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice, or in case of no-shows (defined as not showing up within ten minutes of the session’s scheduled starting time, the payer of the training may be notified about and charged for the lost training session.
