A Chance to Help with Our Upcoming Elevator Speech Training Group Session

We’re excited to make your upcoming Elevator Speech Training group sessions even more dynamic and interactive. To achieve this, we’re seeking 2 to 3 volunteers who can assist Marc, our facilitator, by being ready to participate if needed. Your role would be to help maintain the session’s momentum if there’s a brief response lull.

How You Can Help

Your involvement is straightforward and low-pressure:

  1. Be prepared to respond to two key questions during the session.
  2. Only participate if no one else volunteers after a few seconds.

The Two Key Questions

  1. “Who can share an example of an advantage you have for achieving an important outcome?”
  2. “Who can share an example of evidence that proves the advantage you claim is real?”

Guidelines for Responses

  • Feel free to use fictional examples of advantages and evidence for this exercise.
  • Refer to the example script provided separately for guidance on structuring your responses.

Important Notes

  • Your participation helps create a more engaging and productive session for everyone.
  • This role is optional and designed to support the group’s learning experience.

If you have any questions or need clarification, please don’t hesitate to contact Marc at marc@est.io.

Thank you for your willingness to contribute to the success of our training sessions!

Thank you 🙂

EXAMPLE OF AN “ADVANTAGE CLAIM:”

“We have an advantage when it comes to groundbreaking medical research because we can test compounds faster.”

EXAMPLE OF GIVING EVIDENCE:

“For example, just yesterday, right here in my lab, I tested 20,335 compounds in just 3 minutes using a single test tube the size of your index finger. My competitors would need to analyze separate test tubes for each compound and spend three weeks to achieve the same result.”
